Conditions for Refund Eligibility

You may receive a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Content Mismatch: if the course program differs significantly from the description posted on the site at the time of purchase.
  • Technical Failure on the Platform Side: in the presence of critical problems with Quantis-vision that make learning impossible and were not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Refusal within the "Cooling-off Period": if you wish to withdraw from the course within 14 calendar days after payment and have not accessed a significant part of the educational materials (see "Exceptions" section for details).

How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate the refund procedure, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our official address: .
  2. Specify in the subject line: "Refund Request".
  3. In the body of the email, add your details: first and last name, email used for payment, and the full name of the course.
  4. Describe the reason for the refund request in detail, referring to the corresponding point from the "Conditions for Refund Eligibility" section.
  5. After receiving the appeal, our team will review it and provide further instructions.

Processing Time and Refund Method

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Money is transferred using the same method that was used for payment. Please note that the actual time of crediting depends on your bank or payment system.

Restrictions and Cases Where Refund Is Not Possible

A refund is not provided if:

  • the request is sent later than 14 days after payment;
  • the user viewed or downloaded more than 50% of the course materials, regardless of the date of purchase;
  • the reason for difficulties is related to technical problems on the client's side (for example, poor internet connection or incompatible software);
  • other provisions of the Terms of Use are violated.
